CSR
CSR or Corporate Social Responsibility is defined as the integration of societal, environmental and economic issues by companies into their strategy, production and management. The company is committed to improving its performance and reducing its impact, in a more environmentally responsible manner.
CSR impels us to be more aware of the company’s social aspects every day and, more generally, of our responsibility towards society and the planet.
Decortiat’s Social Responsibility is a major concern for the company’s management.
Decortiat’s CSR approach:
In 2020, Decortiat developed a Social Responsibility and an Environmental Quality Policy.
Through these Policies, we wish to express our commitment to:
- human rights: every human being having inalienable and sacred rights inherent to their person,
- compliance with health and safety rules.
- compliance with environmental rules.
To this end, we are involved in the management of our CSR policy by:
Reporting on the impact of our CSR policy on society, economy and the environment
Reporting on the impact of our CSR policy on society, economy and the environment
Respecting human rights
Systematically consideringthe interests of stakeholders when making decisions (employees, suppliers, customers)
Adopting exemplary ethicalbehavior
We also want to demonstrate a commitment to developing local jobs related to our business.
Decortiat aims to be an actor in the economic and social development of its region.
